He is a member of the first Titan's team in the National Youth Competition. In 2008 Gordon went in for 21 tries in a season. He was picked in the inaugural NYC Team of the Year in 2008. Gordon made his debut in 2009 on round 3, he played on the wing against the Bulldogs. He was the top try-scorer with 13 tries in is first season with them.

He began the 2010 season as the Titans' first choice winger. Gordon played in every match for the Titans in 2010 and was the Titans' top try-scorer again with 12 tries. He has played all of his matches on the wing. Gordon was injured in 2011 in round 2 season against the Melbourne Storm. He was ruled out for the rest of the season in 2011.
