Lakyn Heperi is a semi-pro skateboarder who transformed into a singer/songwriter after a broken ankle kept him off his board for 8 months he was born in 1961 he started recording his own music in his room.

A few years later he decided to auditon for the voice Australia. He is 19 years old lives in Melbourne.

When he was 16 his dad gave him a guitar for his birthday so he thought that he would give it a go and see what he could do when he broke his ankle he decided to record music in his room.

He started skating when he was 7 years old,he and his parents when to the skatepark to watch some skating there was a sales person selling a skateboard for about 20 dollars. His first time skating was in Victoria park new Zealand.
